(2) There is no free SiO2, no harm of silicon dust, no CO gas during pouring, and the production environment is good.

(3) It has high fire resistance (1700 ℃) and strong resistance to metal oxide corrosion. It has high chemical stability especially for high manganese steel castings. It can effectively prevent chemical and mechanical sand sticking of castings. The surface of castings is smooth, the outline is clear, the size is accurate and the qualified rate is high.

(4) High recycling rate.

In addition, as a coating, magnesia peridotite powder has excellent properties, such as good thixotropy, appropriate yield value, high suspension rate, easy coating, high coating strength, no cracking at high temperature explosion, strong sand adhesion resistance, smooth casting surface, self stripping of coating sintered shell, and its chemical composition and physical properties.
